Absolutely. This course is designed to be gentle, simple, and supportive. No prior experience needed.

How long is the course?

The course is entirely self-paced, meaning you can take as much time as you need. The content is broken down into easily digestible modules, so you can fit it into your schedule and revisit the material whenever you need.

What if I can't visualise clearly?

You don’t need to "see" anything perfectly - just feel into it. I’ll guide you gently the whole way.

Will I need any special equipment for the course?

The course requires minimal equipment:

- a comfortable space where you will not be disturbed

- headphones are not absolutely necessary, good speakers will

- most importantly, you’ll need an open mind and a willingness to relax and tune in

How long will I have access to the course materials?

Once you enroll, you’ll have lifetime access to the course materials. This means you can revisit the content whenever you need a refresher or want to deepen your practice. However, I can't guarantee I'll live forever (just saying), so you may find at a much later date (cause I'm not anticipating popping my cloggs any time soon) that the website has gone to heaven.
