I know what it feels like to crave peace and calmness but struggle to find it. Like you, I’ve struggled with overthinking, tension and stress.

Before I became a yoga teacher and wellness coach, my mind would riot and I couldn’t sit still in meditation. It wasn’t until I began using movement to connect with my body - through yoga and other healing practices - that I discovered the real path to inner calm.
Over the past 20+ years, I’ve blended ancient wisdom with modern insight, exploring everything from Chi Gong and Feldenkrais to intuitive energy work. What I’ve learned is this: calm isn't something you stumble upon - it's something you practice.

The course requires minimal equipment:
- a comfortable space where you can move freely
- a yoga mat is not essential, a stable non-slip surface is
- have near you a cushion, and blankets to make the relaxation and restorative practices more comfortable
- most importantly, you’ll need an open mind and a willingness to listen to your body
